All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pissed & Lost cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
